Strategic Goals & Objectives

Goal 1: Build Community Empathy and True Understanding

To shift the paradigm of dementia care away from frustration and toward deep, experiential empathy.

  • Objective 1.1: Deliver the Virtual Dementia Tour® (VDT) to at least 5 local care facilities, community organizations, or family groups per quarter to provide firsthand insight into the physical and cognitive challenges of dementia.

  • Objective 1.2: Establish partnerships with local healthcare organizations to make experiential empathy training a standard benchmark for their frontline staff.

Goal 2: Empower Caregivers with Actionable Strategies

To reduce caregiver burnout, minimize care friction, and turn daily frustration into shared capability.

  • Objective 2.1: Launch and maintain enrollment for The Dementia Caregiver Road Map virtual series, aiming for a consistent cohort of family caregivers seeking foundational skills across the 6 essential sessions.

  • Objective 2.2: Provide highly personalized, sliding-scale Individual Coaching sessions to help families build customized, stress-reducing care plans tailored to their unique stories.

Goal 3: Deliver Comprehensive, High-Quality Clinical Insights

To bridge the gap between psychosocial care and medical health needs for seniors.

  • Objective 3.1: Promote and conduct thorough 60–90 minute Geriatric Assessments (both virtual and in-person) to evaluate the biomedical, psychosocial, and functional needs of clients.

  • Objective 3.2: Collaborate continuously with specialized medical professionals—like geriatricians—to ensure care plans are clinically grounded and optimize the overall well-being of the senior, actively working to reduce medication overuse and falls.
